The annexe, an extension on the side of Villa Calafia, has recently been completely remodelled and is a delightful getaway destination for a couple or solo traveller and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall, any time of the year. The annexe is also available, on request, if Villa Calafia guests require an extra bedroom and up to two more people staying.
Inside, the annexe has one double bedroom with a brand new king-size bed and mattress, a bathroom with new suite and walk-in shower and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wall-mounted smart TV. There is also a washing machine, free WiFi and the property benefits from having its own new boiler and thermostat, separate from the main house.
The annexe has a separate entrance. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the private, relaxing outdoor space. The garden has a lawn, mature plants, seating area on a raised deck with far reaching views over countryside.
At the front of the property there is a parking space and access to an EV charger. Guests of the annexe and the main house are able to use this shared charging point.
